At Cortiça Boutique we strive to offer you the best products and services at great prices. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, or you would like to exchange your product for another product(s), we will be happy to honour this within 28 days of your purchase. To do this we'll need a copy of your receipt. Products sent back to us for an exchange must have postage covered by the buyer (you).

If your product is defective, damaged or unsatisfactory  you can send the item(s) back to our supplied address with a copy of your receipt. In these cases we will also refund reasonable postage costs. From here we can offer you a replace item, either the same item or item(s) of equal value, or we can offer you a refund in full.

If your product does not arrive past its shipping date specified on our shipping page, please get it on touch with us and we will arrange a replacement item or a full refund.
